Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust has been successful in achieving funding to provide a Rapid Titration Service Evaluation across the county. This pioneering treatment has been successfully implemented in a number of locations across the country and this service evaluation places Nottinghamshire Healthcare in the enviable position of being one of the first community locations to complete Rapid Titration. The Service Evaluation will evidence the cost effectiveness of providing this treatment and the inevitable reduction it will have on waiting lists.
To support leading, delivering, developing and evaluating clinical pharmacy services to patients with cardiovascular diseases in accordance with the objectives set between the Speciality Clinical Lead, Directorate General Manager and Head of Service for Specialist Therapies. To be a role model in the field of cardiovascular diseases across the Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System.
To provide the prescribing pharmacy role in the Rapid Titration Heart Failure offering from the Nottinghamshire Healthcare Community Heart Failure Teams.
To act as a clinical role model for pharmacists and other members of the MDT involved in the care of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
