Support Engineer (Team Lead) Bristol | Hybrid | Outside IR35 | £400-£450 Azure | O365 We are working with a fun, vibrant, mid-sized company based in outer Bristol who are looking for a driven and hands-on Support Engineer to support a small team. This is a 3 month initial contract with good scope for extension due to the scope of work. The Role You’ll take ownership of providing high-quality IT support across the business, while leading and developing a team of two junior engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on solving technical problems but also enjoys coaching and guiding others. Key responsibilities: Acting as the go-to point for escalated support issues (2nd/3rd line). Mentoring and developing a team of two Support Engineers. Delivering first-class customer service to internal users. Troubleshooting and resolving issues across hardware, software, and infrastructure. Driving improvements in processes and documentation.Requirements: Experienced in IT support (2nd/3rd line level). Proving experience mentoring or guiding others. Skilled across Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Active Directory, etc.). Knowledgeable in networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
