Join to apply for the Senior Human Resources Advisor role at NHS Scotland.
The role sits within the busy People Services team. You will provide sound professional HR advice in relation to people matters, change projects, terms and conditions, and policies. You will also be involved in training, facilitation and other project work.
The post holder will support the NHS Highland area, including Argyll and Bute. The role could be based in Inverness or the Argyll and Bute area, with regular attendance in Inverness. The role is permanent and full-time (37 hours per week); flexibility around hours is welcome.

Responsibilities
• Provide professional HR advice to managers and staff across a complex and unionised organisation.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement work, manage change projects, and interpret policies with a person-centred approach.
• Support training, facilitating sessions, and other project-related activities.
• Adapt communication to different audiences and manage competing priorities effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum CIPD Associate membership, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
* Experience in HR, understanding of employment legislation, and people and change management.
* Ability to interpret policies with a person-centred approach; strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in HR within a complex and unionised environment; strong partnership working and time-management skills.
