London Children’s Practice is seeking an ambitious Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid school and outpatient clinic setting at the Momenta Clinical Hub - Epsom. Job Title: Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Regional Role, Surrey/Epsom
Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE, dependent on experience – plus a welcome bonus of £2000 (£1000 after 3 months and £1000 after probation) All experience levels considered – multiple positions available due to growth
Hours: 37.5 hour week, flexible across 6 days (Monday–Saturday)
Contract: Permanent – Summer contract (50 weeks, 5 weeks off in summer; 22 days holiday)

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team and work in our Epsom Clinical Hub in a hybrid school and outpatient clinic setting. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will assess needs and provide specialised interventions in school-based and clinic-based settings. You will collaborate with parents, carers, multidisciplinary and teaching teams to integrate interventions into daily life, and equip key adults with skills to support therapy goals using evidence-based delivery models. You will conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised and non-standardised tools, develop and implement individualised intervention plans, and work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate goals into daily environments. You will evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training and upskilling to key adults, and maintain accurate documentation. You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for children and young people with complex needs. You will hold an independent caseload within the outpatient clinic and have dedicated days in the SEND school setting, collaborating with on-site therapy and teaching staff.

Essential Criteria
* BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
* HCPC registration
Desirable
* Experience working in a paediatric setting
* Experience with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SLT provision in a school setting
* Experience with complex behaviours
* Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans
* Specialist CPD and/or training
* Trauma-Informed care experience
* Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
