Regional QFS Manager Oilseeds An opportunity has arisen for a Regional QFS Manager Oilseeds, providing support and guidance to our local QFS teams in EMEAI. Reporting to the EMEAI QFS Manager Operations, the location is flexible and can be based in a relevant plant across the region (ideally Germany, Netherlands or UK). Your Responsibilities Support the in scope locations QFS teams in the implementation of local and ADM’s food safety, quality and hygiene regulations, standards, guidelines and best practices. To work with local teams to review and decide upon quality escalations. To provide, coaching and mentoring support to local QFS Managers. Identify and keep track of relevant food safety and hygiene and other regulatory requirements, code of practices (Fediol), compliance obligations and best practices. To work with global, regional and site-based teams to drive compliance with global policies and procedures. Provide oversight for review of critical CAPAs. Monitor the health of the quality system. Maintain ASL and manage supplier selection / qualification. Assess and manage food safety impacts and risks from normal operations, changes and possible emergency scenarios based on location information. Support the continuous development and improvement of the site quality management system (e.g., policies, procedures, processes) in line with regulatory requirements and identified risks. Support the development and the implementation of quality and food/feed safety related programs and support the locations in implementation of these programs. Communicate and support implementation of KPI’s and/or quality and food safety related goals in close cooperation with the EU Oilseeds locations and in line with requirements of the Quality and Food Safety technical centre. Support implementation and further improvement of certified systems (e.g., GFSI, EFISC, Kosher, Halal) Evaluate and report quality and food/feed safety performance and results (goals, quality incidents, KPI’s, scorecards, salmonella, etc.) to the QFS technical centre and suggest corrective and preventive actions to further improve. Review and facilitate incident investigations, risk assessments (HACCP) and problem-solving efforts at the in-scope locations. Organize, coordinate/conduct and report internal and external audits and assessments. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the fields of Food Technology, Quality Management, or another related field. Expertise in quality and food safety management system, HACCP experience, global audit scheme (SQF, FSSC 22000 etc.), and supplier management. Qualified internal auditor (External accreditation body). Good experience in Quality management, preferably experience in food and feed production. Able to communicate effectively across multiple functions, levels & cultures both written and verbally on plant/regional performance and improvement efforts & comfortable preparing and presenting consolidated information to an audience. Good team player with the ability to lead colleagues. Willing to travel on business regularly. Fluent in English. Good IT skills and knowledge of software applications.
