Job Specification: Middleweight Artwork/Graphic Designer
Location: London based (5 days in the office)
Reporting: Creative Operations Director & Art Director
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Middleweight Artworker / Graphic Designer to join HEAD’s creative team, based in our London studio in North Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on a wide range of high-impact marketing materials across digital and print.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in artwork and design, with experience delivering polished, production-ready assets while supporting the wider creative direction of
the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute accurate and high-quality artwork across a wide variety of formats – including brochures, social media graphics, retail assets, print ads, banners, and digital marketing materials.
* Translate creative concepts into finalised assets, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with designers, motion artists, and the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
* Handle artwork rollouts and adaptations across multiple sizes and formats for campaigns and product launches.
* Prepare and supply artwork for print and digital use, ensuring correct specifications and file standards.
* Maintain excellent file organisation, version control, and adherence to production processes.
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and print media.
* Support senior creatives during photoshoots or campaign development, contributing to asset planning and post-production.
* Be proactive in spotting artwork inconsistencies and resolving layout or formatting issues.
Skills & Attributes:
* Solid understanding of layout, typography, image retouching, colour management, and preparing files for production.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in final artwork preparation.
* Strong multitasking and time management skills — comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple projects.
* Confident communicator — able to share ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* A problem-solver who can handle constructive feedback and evolve designs accordingly.
* A self-starter who takes ownership of their work while being a reliable team player.
Experience & Tools:
* 3 years of experience in a graphic design, artworker, or creative production role.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
* Working knowledge of Figma or other collaborative design tools is a plus.
* Experience with digital and print production enviroments, including preparing files for print or digital delivery.
