What will you be doing:
* Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
* Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervise and support children at all times
* Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
* Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Read, understand, and implement all company policies and procedures
* Adhere to changes in policies, procedures, and operational practices within the required timescale
* Ensure practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Notify your line manager of any concerns regarding policies and practices
* Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
* Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required
