Role Overview Responsible for coordinating and administering compliance, technical, and safety training activities for The Client UK business. The role supports the Head of L&D and SQ&R teams by ensuring training is effectively planned, organised, delivered, and reported in line with The Client’s learning and development strategy, including coordination with approved external training providers. Key Responsibilities Training Coordination * Monitor the training request SmartSheet and action approved requests promptly * Liaise with account leads and authorisers to minimise delays and backlogs * Book training with approved providers, using brokers only when necessary * Manage the training calendar and schedule internal technical, compliance, and safety training * Keep training plans and calendars updated on Connect, IMS, and L&D SmartSheet Training Administration * Organise training sessions and coordinate with trainers, managers, and site training coordinators * Issue joining instructions and course information to participants * Maintain accurate attendance records and process invoices and internal charges * Work closely with the SQ&R team to ensure alignment between L&D, H&S, and compliance functions Systems & Reporting * Support admi...
