They’re looking for an Operational Finance Business Partner to work closely with site leadership, not from the sidelines, but as part of the team. The purpose of the role is simple, connect operational performance to financial outcomes, bring clarity to cost and margin, and help the factory make better decisions. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll act as the bridge between Finance and Operations That means understanding what’s happening on the ground, yield, scrap, downtime, throughput, capacity and translating it into meaningful financial insight. It means supporting budgeting and forecasting, building stronger visibility around standard costing and variances, and helping leadership understand the true impact of operational performance Constructive challenge around cost control Not from a position of theory but from understanding how a factory really runs. You’ll sit alongside operational leaders and be a trusted advisor.
