Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will be:
3. Providing end-to-end legal support to other departments and teams within the unit.
4. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (largely sales, procurement).
5. Supporting with corporate governance.
6. Managing relationships with core stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Legal Counsel should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with around 8‑10 years PQE in England & Wales.
8. Skilled in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation.
9. Experienced from private practice and in-house.
10. Experienced in industrial, engineering, or tech environments (desirable).
11. A proactive business partner with strong communication and advocacy skills.
12. Committed to integrity and adept at working in diverse, complex international settings.
