Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Patient Services team. This is a patient-facing reception and care navigation role, supporting patients in accessing the appropriate healthcare professional or service while providing excellent customer care.
Working Hours:
· Monday: 08:00–13:00 & 14:00–18:30
· Thursday: 08:00–13:00
· Friday: 08:00–13:00 & 14:00–18:30
· + 1 in 6 Saturdays: 08:15–12:15
Essential Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' NHS experience (preferably reception)
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work accurately under pressure
· Strong team player
· Flexible approach to cover absence
· Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook
