Due to continuous sales growth in both their domestic and commercial customer bases, they now need to make the key hire of a Surveyor for their windows and doors products.

They are looking for an experienced window and door (Fenestration) Surveyor to become part of their rapidly growing social housing installations team. You will be producing a fully completed survey pack, ready for manufacturing. They provide state of the art, thermal efficient products which are in higher demand than ever before. This is a truly unique opportunity to be involved in a buoyant market where you can develop your surveying skills.
You will be responsible for:
* Attending pre-arranged site surveys in customer homes to confirm window and door specification details.
* Identifying changes and additional information required from the order.
* Documenting safe working practice for the installation and preparing risk assessments.
* Processing and ordering team to progress contracts.
You will have access to the latest advanced technology and extensive technical training along with full use of company resources and internal support across the business to allow dedication to the role required. Joinery/Window Fitting and experience of carrying out window and door surveys and a sound knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations is preferred.
Please note due to the high volume of locations of customer sites having a focus more East or West within the central belt may be possible in this role, there is a local depot in Queenslie in the West.
