As a Claims Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of claims professionals playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality claims service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and development of your team.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
3. Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles.
4. Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Support strategic initiatives and business change programmes across Claims Operations.
