Role Overview
The NMGH New Hospital Senior Project Manager will support the PMO Lead and Workstreams in the delivery of various project and initiatives across the New Hospital Project.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of a range of projects relating to the TOM, business change, digital, clinical or technical design and construction.
* Providing general project management support across a range of workstreams and working groups.
* Managing interface between project and clinical/non‑clinical teams in the development.
* Planning and coordinating inputs to the delivery of the New Hospital Project.
* Leading communication and engagement activities.
* Leading clinical/non‑clinical teams in developing and delivering service transformation plans for the new hospital proposals.
* Leading business change management and design review processes.
* Supporting technical and business change projects.
* Supporting hospital operationalisation processes.
* Providing a link between clinical services and the technical design.
* Managing a set of clinical and/or non‑clinical services throughout the delivery process.
