A multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, with offices spanning the UK, are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Newcastle on a variety of ground investigation projects. Flexible work available.The successful Geotechnical Engineer selected will be:
Overseeing ground investigation projects.
Writing factual and interpretive reports.
Contributing to Geotechnical Design Reports and Ground Investigation reports.
Working on site, borehole logging and trial pitting. Soil sampling and groundwater & gas monitoring.
Training more junior members.To be successful in this Geotechnical Engineer application process you must have experience as a geotechnical engineer and be competent in Preliminary Risk Assessments and Intrusive Ground investigations. Applicants must live in or near to Newcastle, hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel to work. A full right to work in the UK is essential.
