Responsibilities
* Become a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen and support the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Develop an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo Listen
* Work with the senior product manager and product leadership to identify opportunities to deliver outcomes to our customers that positively impact Pendo’s business growth goals.
* Conduct product discovery activities such as user interviews and leverage qualitative & quantitative data to identify and solve customer challenges.
* Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and go-to-market teams to deliver new features from ideation through execution and launch.
* Assesses business and customer requirements matches these requirements to objectives, and guides teams through execution and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
* 2+ Years of product management experience
* Experience working in the b2b SaaS space in a product management role
Preferred Qualifications
* Involvement in the end-to-end process of bringing new features to market with (from inception to launch) in the b2b space
* Previous experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers and their teams, especially in the AI/ML qualitative analysis space
* Experience working with user research and design teams and their tool set (e.g Figma, Dovetail or similar)
