Your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. THE ROLE As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service THE PERSON NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards On-Site training, approximately 2 years Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment Experience of working in a target driven environment Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies To understand risk assessments Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades Please note you will be required to drive for business, this forms a requirement of the role.
