All support is guided by personalised support plans and risk assessments, which are regularly reviewed to ensure safety and consistency. Staff are required to liaise with families, medical professionals, and other agencies when necessary, ensuring that each person’s needs are fully met. The role also involves devising, following, and implementing risk assessments and support plans to provide accurate, reliable, and person-centred care always.
