If you have an LLM or LPC qualification and some experience of general law, this position for a Legal Assistant will be perfect for you. Some of your duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Providing all-round administrative support for team of qualified Solicitors
* Dealing with residential/commercial conveyancing, immigration, family and employment law
* Preparing a wide range of legal documentation including witness statements
* Co-ordinating client meetings and attending when needed to take instructions
* Liaising extensively with clients, other Solicitors and Counsel in relation to client cases
* Attending Court when needed to support legal team and take notes during hearings
