From introducing enterprise-wide Electronic Patient Records (EPR) to data warehousing and business intelligence that support the decision-making of clinical and operational staff, we’re using technology to increase organisational efficiency and improve patient health outcomes.
The Digital Service Improvement Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Digital service improvements, ensuring all digital services are delivered to SLA's and that any issues are resolved in a professional manner. Overseeing and managing improvement initiatives which will help deliver the goals of being a digitally enabled Trust, through shaping and driving improvements that will make it easier for staff to access services and improve their experience.
