Proactive Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Manufacturing Company in the Wrexham area. Due to continued growth, they are seeking reliable and hardworking Production/Assembly Operatives to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Role Responsibilities
1. Assembling products using a range of hand and power tools
2. Working to production targets and deadlines
3. Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
4. Working both independently and as part of a team
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
6. General manual handling duties as required
7. Day shifts only
The Ideal Candidate
8. Previous experience within a production or assembly environment is essential
9. Confident using hand and power tools
10. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
