Ascendria Marketing is a growing direct marketing company based in Slough. We represent clients across business-to-business, residential, and event campaigns. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, driving results, and developing future leaders within our team.
The Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales & Customer Service team. This is a face-to-face role where you'll represent clients, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. No previous experience is required, as full coaching and mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers across B2B, B2C, and event campaigns.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent client brands professionally.
Meet and exceed sales targets, following company processes and systems.
Work as part of a team, attending training sessions and team meetings.

Uncapped earnings, typically £450–£550 per week to start, increasing with experience.

Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
Availability for at least 4 full days per week (Mon–Sat).
