Seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the team delivering a major data centre development in East London. This is a significant project within a growing portfolio of mission-critical infrastructure, and the successful candidate will take responsibility for key delivery packages including civils, structural frame and external works.
This role requires a strong construction leader capable of managing complex packages, coordinating multiple trade contractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Construction Manager
1. Lead the delivery of civil engineering, structural frame, and external works packages on large scale data centre development
2. Manage and coordinate trade contractors, site teams, and supply chain partners to maintain programme and quality standards
3. Work closely with the Project Director and Project Manager to drive construction strategy and sequencing.
4. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all site activities
5. Monitor progress against programme and identify risks, constraints and opportunities for improvement
6. Coordinate with design, commercial and logistics teams to ensure efficient package integration and site operations
