Registered Manager - Children's Home (EBD) - London - Up to £60,000 per annum Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join a Children's Home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in London. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum. About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will lead with passion and commitment to deliver exceptional care and outcomes for young people. Your responsibilities will include: Successfully registering with Ofsted and ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, and company policies. Championing safeguarding and child protection practices, fostering an open and honest culture. Leading, inspiring, and developing a skilled staff team to deliver outstanding care. Managing resources effectively to optimise service delivery. Driving financial performance and meeting agreed targets. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Celebrating and sharing successes within the team. What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience in Children's Homes (within the last 5 years) and 1 year in a supervisory role. Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Previous or current Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager (preferred).
