— one of the UK's biggest football shows, loved for its humour, irreverence, and behind-the-scenes stories from the beautiful game.
You'll play a vital role in shaping the content, tone, and direction of the show, helping us take it to even greater heights.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who's a natural leader, collaborator, and organiser — but also has the creative instincts to elevate an idea into an unmissable episode. You should be confident, outgoing, and have a strong feel for the world of football and podcasting.
Key Qualities & Experience:
* Proven experience in podcast production — ideally within entertainment, sport or comedy.
* Strong understanding of both audio and video-first podcast workflows.
* Excellent editorial judgement, with an ear for compelling content, chemistry and pace.
* Organised and proactive — able to plan, book, schedule and deliver complex productions.
* Skilled at running recordings, directing talent, and shaping story arcs across episodes.
* Comfortable liaising with agents, guests, and high-profile talent.
* Knowledge of YouTube, social platforms, and what makes great short-form content.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Take the lead on episode planning and production for

* Collaborate with the hosts and editorial team to develop engaging themes, questions and storylines.
* Manage guest bookings, call sheets, and record day logistics.
* Oversee and direct recordings in studio and on location.
* Work closely with our post-production team to ensure episodes are delivered on time and to spec.
* Help shape the tone and personality of the show — balancing football insight with entertainment value.
* Stay across football culture, current storylines, and viral moments to feed into the podcast's direction.
* Analyse, report on and evaluate podcast performance across audio and video platforms — using insights to inform strategy and optimise content.
* Monitor trends and competitor performance to keep the show ahead of the curve.
* Engage with our audience — supporting community management, fan feedback loops, and activations to grow a loyal listener base.
