Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and fast-growing company in Redditch working 20 hours a week with flexible hybrid working available after training. This client is looking for a candidate who has previously worked within a varied Accounts role Part Time Accounts Administrator responsibilities: Posting all invoices and expenses including managing the company credit cards Handling accounts payable and receivable – dealing with suppliers and customers Bank reconciliations Posting bank statements Review of cash sheets and controls Record the financial transaction of the business General adhoc accounts administration dutiesThe Successful Part Time Accounts Administrator will have the following: Previous experience in an accounts role Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage but not essential Microsoft office Good verbal and written communication Organised and methodicalIn return you can expect to receive a basic pay rate of £12.21per hour.
