Overview
Superior Healthcare needs you! We urgently seeking support workers, carers and healthcare assistants in St Margaret’s Bay, near Dover to cover regular day or night shifts. Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home. Please note you will be supporting one client for the duration of the shift. As a care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients. We require that every member of our team can commit to 2x shifts every week, so you will be expected to work regularly with other clients in the area.
Responsibilities
* Monitor seizures throughout the night
* Administer medication
* Provide personal care, assisting with night-time and morning routines
* Deliver person-centered care
* Support with PEG feeding where required
Requirements
* Previous care experience involving personal care
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
* A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week
* You must be based in the UK to apply for this role – we do not offer VISA sponsorship
* Full right to work in the UK
