* Strong communication skills are necessary to share user research findings with the wider team and organization, aiding in the development of a deep understanding of users and their needs.
* Collaboration with product managers and content designers to translate research findings into stories and actions for valuable product and service features is crucial.
* You should help foster user-centered practices within the digital communications team and promote good user research practices by sharing your knowledge with other researchers.
* Experience working with GDS frameworks would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:

* You will employ various techniques, including usability tests, surveys, diary studies, card sorting, and interviews, to gather insights.
