We are looking for an Assistant Director for Health& Safety who has a firm understanding and experience from within the Social Housing or Property and understands the regulations and hazardous legislation associated with this industry.

The role:
1. H&S in terms of Housing, high rise properties, and the associated people
2. Head up, lead and motivate the H&S, Facilities and Fleet teams
3. Approach H&S in a collaborative way through engagement and culture change
4. Credibility and strength to understand and tackle push back to change
5. Voice of H&S to the Board and SLT
6. Set and implement H&S strategy
7. Stay abreast of new and changing legislation
8. Lead facilities management across the business
9. Lead and manage a fleet of 200 LCV across the business
