Teacher of Social Sciences – Social Sciences / Humanities Up to 13.5 hours (0.5 FTE) This is a permanent contract Salary: Sixth Form College Pay Spine Point 1-9 dependent on experience We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Sciences and Humanities teacher. The successful candidate will join a rapidly improving department and will be expected to develop, contribute to and manage effective delivery of the level 2 Social Sciences / Humanities curriculum, to ensure all our students make excellent progress. Applications are invited from experienced and energetic teachers with a social sciences background within the secondary school or post-16 college sector as well as Early Career Teachers, with a wide and up to date subject knowledge, and ideally familiarity with A level Social Sciences (Sociology / Criminology / Psychology) You will have outstanding interpersonal and classroom management skills and be relentless in your commitment to the success of all those that you teach and will be a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with colleagues and is happy to go the extra mile.
