Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage. We are seeking to appoint for the following position: Support Worker for Refuge (Female applicants only) Location: Swansea Hours 22.5 hrs per week Salary £ 26,300 per annum pro rata Contract Fixed Term up to 31st March 2027 subject to funding The support worker will be expected to participate in all aspects of Bawso’s work with particular responsibility for the welfare of women and their children in the refuge.
