Description The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. LI-KP1 Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HSW team, including meeting coordination, and minute-taking. Document Control: Maintain accurate records of HSW documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility across the team. Onboarding Coordination: Support onboarding of new starters within the HSW function, ensuring smooth integration and timely access to resources. Action Tracking: Monitor and follow up on key actions from meetings, audits, and project reviews to ensure timely completion. Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external queries, helping to triage requests and maintain effective communication flow. Programme Support: Assist with the coordination and reporting of HSW projects and initiatives, including data collation and scheduling. System and Process Maintenance: Support the upkeep of HSW systems, trackers, and templates to ensure consistency and compliance. Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours and Experience Experience in an or health and safety support/coordinator role Working knowledge of Construction/Infrastructure industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to dynamic operational environments Demonstrated ability to support a busy and dynamic team, and a self-starter Attention to detail Document production (using excel, word, PowerPoint etc), including formatting Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification or working towards Full UK Driving Licence
