Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier workplaces? Our client is looking for a hands‑on Corporate Health & Safety Manager who can lead on all things health & safety and help shape a positive, proactive safety culture across the organisation.
This is a great role for someone who wants to make a real impact—working closely with managers, teams and external partners to keep people safe and support wellbeing at every level.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the organisation’s main Competent Person for all health & safety matters.
* Giving expert advice to managers and senior leaders.
* Creating and rolling out practical H&S policies, plans and safe systems of work.
* Delivering engaging training sessions for staff and managers.
* Investigating incidents and accidents, completing RIDDOR reports when required, and helping prevent future issues.
* Reviewing accident / incident data to spot trends and identify improvements.
* Supporting colleagues on occupational health topics—such as stress, display screen equipment, lone working and wellbeing.
