We are on a 10-year mission to scale to £100 million+ annual revenue and are now looking for elite graduate talent to join our Graduate Leadership Programme, with a clear pathway to Marketing Director or CMO within 48–72 months.
Role Overview
The Graduate Marketing Executive is a hands-on, fast-track role for graduates who want to become senior marketing leaders at an elite agency level.
You will work across both FIRST Class Global and EC Agency, learning to create, execute, and scale high-value marketing campaigns for some of the most recognisable names in sports, entertainment, and business.
This role is 50% campaign creation & execution and 50% strategic learning & leadership training, preparing you to own multi-million-pound marketing departments in the next 4–6 years.
Key Role Phases & Progression Path
Phase 1 – Foundation (Months 1–12)
* Learn brand positioning, campaign strategy, and creative direction.
* Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
* Help manage client social media presence, including content calendars and posting schedules.
* Shadow senior marketers on client strategy meetings.
* Support in building and optimising landing pages, sales funnels, and email campaigns.
Phase 2 – Development (Months 12–24)
* Manage smaller client accounts and campaigns independently.
* Take ownership of campaign reporting, tracking KPIs and ROI.
* Lead elements of outreach marketing campaigns (email, SMS, LinkedIn).
* Begin designing creative briefs and working with designers, copywriters, and content creators.
* Learn proposal and pitch preparation for high-value clients.
Phase 3 – Leadership (Months 24–48)
* Lead full-scale client campaigns from concept to delivery.
* Present campaign strategies and performance reviews to C-level clients.
* Manage junior marketing team members.
* Oversee cross-channel campaign integration across paid, organic, and influencer marketing.
* Begin taking responsibility for marketing budgets and revenue targets.
Phase 4 – Executive Preparation (Months 48–72)
* Run the marketing department for FIRST Class Global or EC Agency.
* Own the client acquisition and brand growth strategy for the business.
* Lead multi-million-pound campaigns for global brands and talent.
* Prepare for promotion to Marketing Director or CMO.
Core Responsibilities from Day One
Marketing Execution (50%)
* Assist in planning, launching, and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Support in building audience lists and running outreach campaigns.
* Help write ad copy, landing page content, and email campaigns.
* Monitor analytics dashboards and flag performance trends.
Strategic Learning & Client Interaction (50%)
* Shadow strategy sessions with clients and internal teams.
* Learn how to translate client objectives into marketing plans.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance reviews.
* Learn how to position premium services to high-value clients.
* Gain exposure to contract negotiation and deal-closing processes.
Graduate Entry Requirements
* Graduate from a Top 30 UK or global university (Russell Group or Ivy League equivalent).
* Achieved a 2:1 or First Class Honours degree.
* Achieved A*_A_*A or AAB minimum at A-Levels.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking through internships, projects, or extracurricular work.
* Passion for digital marketing, brand strategy, and high-performance business growth.
