Role: Programme Administrator – Industry Skills (Fixed Term Contract until 31st October 2026)
Hours: 36.25
Salary: £23,751 – £24,429
Location: Stockport Campus
Responsibilities
* Support the smooth administration and coordination of adult education and skills programmes across Greater Manchester.
* Manage enrolments, maintain accurate learner records, and assist with compliance and quality assurance.
* Monitor course outcomes to ensure programmes meet funding and performance targets.
* Support reporting, data management, and effective communication with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with the Programme Leader and key delivery teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in administration within education, training, or skills development settings.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Desirable but not essential: experience working within adult education or a similar setting.
* Willingness to develop skills in this area.
