Customer Service Advisor
Are you ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic Contact Centre team where no two days are the same! As a Customer Service Advisor, you\'ll be the frontline of our customer experience—resolving issues, scheduling repairs, and making every interaction count.
What you\'ll do
* Diagnose and schedule repairs
* Log complaints and resolve issues
* Take rent payments and advise on accounts
* Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service
* Hit KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution
What you\'ll bring
* 1+ year of repairs experience
* 1+ year in a contact centre
* Confident with Microsoft 365, CRM & telephony systems
* Solid housing and repairs knowledge
