Role Requirements
* Minimum 300 Total flying hours
* Valid CAA License with at least 2 months validity remaining prior to the start date. EASA license may be accepted under specific conditions.
* Valid Class 1 Medical
* Eligible to work and live in the UK
Roster Pattern
5:2/5:3 roster for work life balance
Remuneration
* Strong earning potential. Basic salary based on Total hours
* First Officer Exception Payment: £1,050, paid in a tax-efficient manner by year-end
Command Progression
Emerald Airlines offers a clear pathway to command with Command Upgrade Program:
Command Upgrade Bonus
Command Upgrade Bonus: £26,000 payable in two stages for successful appointment to ATR Captain
* £10,000 after 12 months from Line Check
* £16,000 after 24 months, subject to remaining in the Captain role
