We're looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician to join our Analytical Services team at our Chipping Campden site.
Please not due to our rural location, applicants will need a full Driving License and access to their own vehicle.
What you'll do:
* Undertake routine and bespoke analysis of food and associated materials using advanced instrumental techniques including GC/MS/MS, LC/MS/MS, HPLC, and ICP
* Book in samples, prepare samples, and report results accurately to clients
* Produce accurate laboratory records, calculate results, collate date, and prepare analytical reports
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues with complex equipment and methods
* Coordinate and prioritise your own workload to meet client deadlines
About you:
* Degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline
* A-Level Chemistry at grade A or B
* Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compile clear scientific reports and interact confidently with clients
* A methodical, proactive approach and a commitment to quality
