Pertemps are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactiveQuality Administrator to support and enhance theQuality Management System in a manufacturing environment in West Bromwich. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records).
* Create, revise, and control quality documents to meet regulatory and internal standards.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and track outcomes, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
* Support audits with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
* Assist in implementing new procedures, standards, and updates to reflect legislation changes.
Experience & Qualifications:
* 1+ year in quality administration or document control.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential(ISO 14001/22000 is a plus)
* ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification preferred but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
* Highly organised with strong time management.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00
Pay Rate:
* £13.00–£13.50 per hour- depending on experience
* Permanent position offered after a successful trial period
