Full-Time, Fixed Term (until July 2027) Applications are invited for the post of Business Analyst in the in the Directorate of Strategic Planning and Change At Royal Holloway, University of London we have recently launched our new strategy, RH2030s. This new strategy will introduce a significant amount of change to the University, and we are looking for a new member of our team to help us implement these changes effectively and support our colleagues throughout. The role sits within our Strategy Implementation team alongside the project managers and other business analysts in the Strategic Planning and Change Directorate. The role-holder will provide business analysis support to a range of projects helping us improve processes, gather requirements and ensure changes are embedded and long-lasting. As well as project teams, they will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with strategic implementation plans. The Strategic Planning and Change Directorate more widely is responsible for providing planning support and management information to inform decision making as part of the strategic planning process and the delivery of the University’s strategic objectives.
