Responsibilities
We are now welcoming an experienced and energised Branch Manager to lead the team at our Sunbury Travis Perkins branch.
* Lead a passionate team to cultivate a strong culture of connectivity across the full branch operation, from customer care, to delivery logistics and stock management.
* Balance team leadership with operational excellence, drive AOP results to smash targets, and instil Travis Perkins as a pillar of the local community.
* Support the Travis Perkins culture of non-negotiable safety, ensuring your team provides unrivalled levels of customer support by building strong, lasting relationships within the local market.
* Proactively be involved across the full day-to-day operation of the branch, including coordinating sales, overseeing distribution, stock maintenance, team coaching, market-leading recruitment, and safety.
