Salary Range: £26,500.00 - £28,000.00 p.a (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Delivering Horticulture lesson and demonstrations to learners on site.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
* Provide technician responsbilities to maintain the site.
* Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
* A minimum level 3 in Horticulture or a related field
* The willingness to teach up to level 3 Horticulture to learners.
* A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
* The ability to cover both theory and practical sessions.
