Description Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, resolving system and customer-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Scope of the Role
1. Support with the diagnosis and resolution of system issues to minimise workflow disruption
2. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer order, enquiry, and claim issues
3. Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
4. Maintain and enhance dashboards (Power BI experience is a plus)
5. Generate and distribute high-volume reports; analyse and present key insights
6. Maintain Customer Service dashboards and FAQs
7. Liaise with Customer Service Teams, Customer Supply Analysts and Account Managers to manage customer expectations, including those with high or unrealistic demands
8. Assist cross-functional teams with data collection, analysis and strategic insights
9. Review and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency
Experience Required
10. At least 3 years experience working in a similar position
11. Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
13. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (preferred)
14. Customer-focused mindset with experience handling complex or sensitive issues
15. Experience in data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and process improvement
