We're a leading
engineering distributor
based in Scunthorpe, and we're looking for a motivated and commercially focused
Internal Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
This is a
hybrid role, offering a mix of office and remote working once fully trained, with a strong salary package and performance-related bonus.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing quotations, managing orders, and building strong, long-term relationships. You'll work closely with external sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and ongoing account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts and new business
Identify and convert new sales opportunities within your customer base
Build strong product knowledge and understand customer applications
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery and pricing
Maintain up-to-date records using CRM and internal systems
What We're Looking For
? Experience in an internal sales, technical sales, or account management role
? Background in
distribution

manufacturing
? Strong understanding of quotations, pricing, and sales process
? Proactive approach to account development and customer service
? Excellent communication and organisational skills
