Working within a high-tech team that includes R&D, software development, and electronics engineering, the successful candidate will take ownership of a team of software development engineers while also being a hands-on engineer (50/50 split).
About you:
* 15+ years within an embedded software/firmware role
* 8+ years team leadership/management experience
* Strong knowledge of C language programming for embedded platforms (ARM, RTOS, Linux)
* Highly proficient in tuning & debugging on embedded devices
* Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
* Familiar with the use of continuous integration (CI) techniques
