Job Purpose
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment Operations, you’ll engage active and passive candidates, promoting the benefits of client opportunities across multiple sectors. Managing a portfolio of roles, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to define briefs, source candidates using a range of tools, and oversee the full recruitment process. You’ll deliver tailored hiring solutions and vacancy management plans, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
Main Responsibilities:
* Take and shape vacancy briefs from clients, understanding their needs and desired outcomes.
* Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using a range of tools and methods.
* Coordinate interviews and manage the offer and feedback process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Create targeted search lists and stay informed on market trends and resourcing technology.
* Provide management information and support colleagues where needed.
* Proactively network to identify new leads and recruitment opportunities.
* Maintain professionalism and flexibility, adapting to client and candidate needs.
Skills & Experience Required (OR What We’re Looking For OR What You’ll Bring To The Role):
* Demonstrable experience in a Recruitment delivery role.
* An understanding of a business structure and how functions fit together.
* Ability to recruit across a number of levels of roles including up to £60k.
* Experience in successfully sourcing commercial Candidates across corporate Head Office roles.

Additional Information
You will be required to work 35 hours a week Monday to Friday with 2 days in the office.
On-site training is provided (based from our offices). We're rural so you must be able to drive and be willing to be office based initially.
