An excellent opportunity has arisen for a experienced Commercial Property Solicitor(minimum 8+ year PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded Berkshire law firm, based in Newbury.
This role is ideal for a solicitor seeking a long-term career move, offering high-quality commercial property work, a high level of autonomy and genuine prospects for Partnership.

As a result, the commercial property team continues to grow and now seeks an additional solicitor to support increasing demand.
The Role
You will handle a varied and substantial commercial property caseload, supported by full secretarial assistance, allowing you to focus on technical work and client relationships.
Matters will include:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
* Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
* Property financing and secured lending
* Asset management work
* Advising on the buying, selling, leasing, owning, occupying and fundingof commercial land and buildings
* Industrial, retail and office property transactions
You will have the opportunity to develop existing client relationships, participate in business development, and grow your own caseload with the firm's support.
