Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Customer Engagement Learning Manager IC who is strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking to join us in our Intercontinental Learning team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium or Slough, UK. About the role You will be working in a team that drives regional learning strategy and capability building across Intercontinental markets. Your role will focus on planning, executing, and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities, supporting talent development and customer engagement excellence. Who you’ll work with You will collaborate with the Head of Learning and work closely with stakeholders across European and Intercontinental markets. You’ll be part of the Patient Impact and Patient Evidence Learning Organisation, co-creating solutions with global, regional, and local partners. What you’ll do • Plan and execute regional learning and capability projects across Intercontinental market • Align learning priorities with business strategy and post-launch milestones • Build trust with senior leaders and influence capability decisions • Anticipate future skill gaps and develop innovative learning solutions • Support leadership succession and talent acceleration across regions • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and co-create executable learning plans Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills • Bachelor’s degree is required • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with project management focus, Agile methodology approach is a plus. • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills • Experience in coordinating learning programs across multiple countries • Proficiency in digital learning tools and blended learning approaches • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
