Our client, a specialist primary SEMH school, is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead & Teaching Assistant to join their team. This permanent, long-term position runs: School: SEMH Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, with Wednesdays until 4:30pm Pay: £13.85 - £14 per hour
Responsibilities
* Lead Forest School sessions.
* Inspire and support children through outdoor learning and sports-based activities.
* Foster confidence, self-esteem, motivation, and emotional and social development.
* Engage children in physical and creative challenges and build strong relationships with pupils.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Love of the outdoors and enthusiasm for sport.
* Ability to motivate and build relationships with children.
* Experience with Forest School or outdoor learning preferred.
