Project Manager (Construction Fit-out/Refurbishment)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
Bristol (Occasional travel to the Bristol office with travel to client sites and projects across UK).
Do you come from a construction project management background, ideally with experience in commercial fit-out related projects and are looking for an autonomous role within an ambitious and forward-thinking company.
In this role you will project manage a range of commercial fit-out projects within a growing company who are passionate about continued employee investment.
The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chip clients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarily for clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, offices and more.
This role would suit an experienced project manager ideally with some refurbishment/fit-out projects experience looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
- Project managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept to completion to ensure they are completed both within budget and time.
- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Lead teams, H&S, Compliance, budgets, people management, operations, continuous improvement and much more.
- Working on projects across the UK so you will be required to travel
- Working on projects for a range of commercial clients across the UK
- Long-term permanent position
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar level role
- Construction management background
- Any experience in fit-out/refurbishments will be considered beneficial
- Happy to travel and stay as required
- Driving license
- Looking for a long term permanent position
